Baby QUILT

A few months ago I used some red, blue, and turquoise fabrics to sew up a baby quilt and a matching mini to go with it.

I put it together using the jelly roll race method.

The smaller one has the light blue flannel backing and the larger crib sized one has. The red backing.

There are also some fabrics that have a strawberry motif on them. These were made to go with some red and white gingham crib bumpers.

Hopefully baby Mara Jade is getting along well and getting her sleeping schedule in order.

Her mom is an art teacher friend of mine.  It worked out nicely that she has the whole summer vacation for her maternity leave.

Even in the photos, it looks like a very cuddly quilt. Love that red backing.
